What does your user name here mean?

i don't know what eles to call it , i guess it is the user name....lol.......so what does yours mean?.

i think awhile back i might have asked this,,,,,,,but it was way back and so many new ones here that i am just getting to know, and ones who came in here while i was not here as much.

there may be a thread on this in the last recent months, i am not sure,,,,if so, if there are any new ones who want to tell why they choose their user names,,,,,please do.. i will tell you why my name is lyineyes,,,,,many have asked me that here lately.

A brain hemorrage

have just gotten out of the hospital after having hemmoragghic stroke 7 weeks ago.

i was having a wonderful lesson on my horse, and the trainer noticed something wrong, and said barb what 's the matter with your face?.

i said i don't know, well he ended the lesson.

I think that is something we all fear when we reach a certain age..

I being neurotic..worried about it when I was 20...

Every little headache I got I just knew it was a stroke..

But seriously..I am so glad you are OK..

And ..I have a grown daughter that has a horse and loves riding him also..I bet you will really miss that for a while.

Will you eventually be able to get back on your horse?

And about the herbal meds..A lot of people don't realize they can be a potential risk to your health if you don't do your homework!

Hope you have a speedy recovery..

Jehover - How many of you heard it pronounced that way?

it seemed like every kh had at least one?

someone who pronounced jehovah as jehover.

did you hear this at your kh.

Apparently..many here have never been to NU YACK.... (New york).

That's how they pronounce it... Jehovar

Don't ask me why...

My sister and brother in law from N.Y.(JW's) just moved here to a small town in Mo.

I bet they will have fun talking to people in service here. A bunch of older farmers..

Flowers At Work

i love getting flowers at work!

i got some today from a friend for my birthday..nothing really fancy...but it's just so cool when they come in with flowers and you wonder who they are for....and they are for you!.

anyone else love getting them???

OK..here's my story.

I had that same experience at work a long time ago.

Well they were from a customer not hubby..

I took them home and he got furious and threw them away..he said he would get me some flowers!

So I waited..and waited..then he died last year!

No flowers for me...

One day I got a coupon for a free little statue at a store I go to.

I waited until I got home to open the box because I had so many errands..

Inside the box was a statue of a little boy handing a bouquet of flowers to a little girl..

I couldn't stop crying and it still makes me cry to think about it.

I think I got my flowers...
